TQI Solutions is seeking a Management Analyst II to support Naval Base Guam. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals to improve organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and service delivery. Your expertise will support strategic decision-making and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive studies of organizational structures, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to prepare reports that inform decision-making and support strategic planning.
• Lead or participate in special projects aimed at improving organizational performance, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, communicate findings, and implement recommendations.
• Provide training and support to staff on new policies, procedures, and systems to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading technical teams. Proven experience leading IT customer support services teams. Experience leading a Help Desk preferred.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, manage workloads across diverse team, and provide leadership to team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
• CompTIA Security+ and one relevant certification such as Certified Management Analyst (CMA) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are desirable.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. Candidates must be eligible for a background investigation.
