The Dayton division has recently been named as one of only five prime awardees for the 10-year, $4.7 billion NOVASTAR contract supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), WPAFB, Ohio.
The Dayton division is currently searching for an All-Source Analyst (A3). Provide in-depth analysis support for long term analysis, assessment, and production of scenario-based campaign planning and execution topics. Topics include specific threat environment scenarios to frame and scope vignette, mission-level, and engagement-level elements of potential adversary campaign planning and execution analysis and assessments. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a technical team and have effective oral and written communication skills. Successful candidates will have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Most of the work supports the Scientific and Technical Intelligence community. This challenging position requires a diverse set of technical and task management skills and allows for the opportunity to contribute immediately to important, meaningful work. Desire an active TS/SCI clearance. Work is performed onsite in the Dayton, Ohio area.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Production of comprehensive analytical reports and other written and graphical products on INDOPACOM, EUCOM, and CENTCOM.
- Provide assessments to advise and inform Model Based System Engineers.
- Provide In-depth analysis support for long term analysis, assessment, and production of scenario-based campaign planning and execution topics. Topics include specific threat environment scenarios to frame and scope vignette, mission-level, and engagement-level elements of potential adversary campaign planning and execution analysis and assessment target system of systems employment.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or technical training.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance or TS SCI/eligible.
- Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
- Applicant must reside within commuting distance to WPAFB, OH or willing to relocate to the area.
- UAS knowledge.
- Background knowledge or experience primarily in INDOPACOM, but also EUCOM and CENTCOM AORs.
- Must have strong written communication skills, possess good people skills, demonstrate strong attention to detail and have the desire to work on a highly focused technical team of engineers, analysts, and scientists.
- Possess effective communication and be able to collaborate with Customers, and cross-functional teams, document technical processes, and present solutions to stakeholders.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of GEOINT, OSINT, HUMINT and/or SIGINT.
- Demonstrated ability to drive technological innovation within an organization.
- Familiarity with AI/ML models to process and analyze large datasets.
- Previous IC or DoD program/project work experience.

- Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.
- Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
- Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, and walk.
- Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required.
