AI ServiceNow Front-End Developer- Hybrid- Ashburn, VA

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a AI ServiceNow Front-End Developer to join a Government Consulting company located in Ashburn, VA through hybrid work. The AI ServiceNow Front-End Developer will support the CBP EMBSS program by designing and developing responsive web applications within the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement responsive front-end applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, including scripting business rules, UI policies, and workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements and support application releases
• Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and dashboards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow and front-end functionality

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of front-end development experience, including 3-5+ years with ServiceNow
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities within the ServiceNow platform, including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics, to enhance automation, user experience, and decision-making.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, JSON, and XML
• Experience with SQL databases and reporting tools (e.g., SQL Server, SSRS)
• Familiarity with MVC/MVVM frameworks such as AngularJS or Bootstrap
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to obtain a DHS security clearance (Active DHS/ CBP Public Trust preferred but not required)

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000 depending on experience
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
• Clearance: Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active US Government CBP Public Trust security clearance
