Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyze business and mission processes to support cyber security teams
- Document business needs and translate them into technical requirements and specifications
- Facilitate requirements gathering, risk assessments, and policy reviews in support of cyber programs
- Maintain and improve documentation libraries and business processes to include diagrams, user guides, and compliance artifacts
- Support cybersecurity accreditation processes through coordination and documentation
- Recommend process enhancements that align IT solutions with business objectives while maintaining security compliance
- Coordinating travel, creating expense reports
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, cybersecurity, or related field
- 2+ years of experience supporting government contracting IT operations teams
- Experience documenting process flows
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating documentation for government contract deliverables
Security Clearance Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen and have a current/active Top Secret security clearance
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
