We are seeking a Physical Security/Force Protection/Anti-Terrorism Specialist to support our customer in Patuxent River, MD. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following numerous and diverse duties and meet the education and experience requirements below.
The Physical Security Analyst is responsible for providing access control to Buildings 2805 and 2944 and is a direct report to the PMA-274 Physical Security Officer. The analyst has numerous duties such as creating, updating, and removing accesses in the C-CURE 9000 Access Control System. Verification of clearance level, U.S. Citizenship and creation of visit request in the PAX River Base Access System (BASICS II) and the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) for Military, Government and Contractor personnel. The applicant must be capable of interpreting, comprehending and implementing instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and personnel directives. The Physical Security Analyst must be able to maintain a professional appearance, attitude and work well with other personnel.
In addition, the applicant is required to meet the following criteria:
· Obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance (Yankee White (YW) U.S. Security Clearance is desired).
· Provide direct administrative support to the PMA-274 Physical Security Officer.
· Complete Introduction to Personnel Security training and pass exam, and Defense Information System for Security Joint Verification System (DISS-JVS) Portal Short training.
· Modify, update, request authorized approval and process On-Site and Off-Site Badge Request Forms for PMA 274, to include Limited Access Badges.
· Process Badge Request forms for PMA 276, verify level of clearance, current visit request and ensure that the Program Security Officer or authorized personnel has approved.
· Distribute Photography and OPSEC briefs to Personnel requiring training for taking Photography within the facility and track authorized personnel.
· Modify and update Standard Operating Procedures, Physical Security Forms, Physical Security briefs and training guides.
· Inventory office supplies, assess what is needed, request approval and complete purchase request in the NTWL Procurement Tool.
· Complete daily updates of the Access Control System and compile access reports at the Physical Security Officer's request.
· Maintain Ground, Limited Access Event and TSCIF Aircraft Access List and Logs for incoming aircraft.
· Complete Mail Orderly and Security Training to be an approved PMA-274 Unit Mail Clerk.
· Update and maintain Physical Security Analyst Desktop Tutorial.
· Complete the Physical Security Monthly Report, to include the Security Response Team and Visitor Control Desk.
· Complete the required Mandatory Government Training
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a security related environment. Ideal candidates would have completed Defense Information System for Security Joint Verification System (DISS-JVS) Account Training Prerequisites (vis STEPP), have experience with the PAX River Base Access System BASICS II and knowledge of security requirements within NAVAIR/DoD Facilities and Badge Access Systems. Experience should reflect an understanding of Standard Operating Procedures, Physical Security Forms, Physical Security briefs and training guides. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and TEAMS.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Education or Equivalent (GED)
Must be able to hold and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $68,952.32 to $103,428.48 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
