Required skills:
• Cable and harness installation, routing and cable management, cable mate/demate experience
• Mechanical assembly and test of hardware including ESD sensitive hardware
• Hardware integration
• Rigging/overhead crane,
• Preparation for and conducting system level hardware testing (deployments, environments testing, etc.).
• Performing system level alignments to meet system requirements
• Field support for launch vehicle integration only during a one week timeframe at the end of the year.
• Move equipment weighing 45 pounds or less from one place to another-anthing over this is a two-person lift
• Occasional repetitive movements during specified durations.
• Manual dexterity, motor skills and situational awareness to handle and manufacture space hardware.
• Cable routing and wire harness
• Basic computer skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience using torque driver, power supply;
• Small hand tools.
• Mixing and applying adhesives
Education:
• High School Diploma or GED required
