Our team is seeking an AI/ML Mission Architect to spearhead the strategic integration and deployment of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to move beyond theoretical concepts and into tangible impact, directly influencing mission success through advanced data analytics and intelligent systems.
What You’ll Do:
● Lead AI/ML Strategy: Act as the primary architect and technical lead for AI/ML initiatives, guiding clients through the entire lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment and operationalization.
● Architect & Build AI Products: Design, develop, and oversee the successful delivery of advanced AI/ML product releases, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and directly address mission requirements.
● Transform Mission Data: Leverage deep expertise in mission data analytics to uncover critical patterns, predict outcomes, and drive data-informed decision-making that enhances operational effectiveness.
● Technical Thought Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert, authoring white papers, presenting at industry forums, and contributing to the strategic direction of our AI/ML capabilities.
● Innovate with Emerging Technologies: Continuously evaluate and integrate the latest advancements in AI/ML, cloud computing, and related fields to maintain a competitive edge and deliver state-of-the-art solutions.
● Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate extensively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements, define scope, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
● Business Development & Engagement: You will play a crucial role in supporting business development efforts by providing deep technical expertise, demonstrating proof-of-concept capabilities, and articulating the value proposition of our AI/ML solutions to prospective clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
● Active Secret Security Clearance; ability and willingness to process for Top Secret
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
● 15+ years of progressive experience in complex technology environments, with a significant focus on data-driven solutions and system architecture
● Demonstrable AI/ML experience within the last 5 years, actively working on and delivering advanced machine learning models, deep learning architectures, or AI-powered applications
● Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and how to leverage their services for AI/ML development and deployment in secure, compliant environments
● Proven track record of leading AI initiatives and successfully delivering AI/ML-driven capabilities, moving past blockers to successfully drive adoption and solutions
● Understanding and hands-on experience with various AI/ML techniques (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, computer vision), frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud-native AI/ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform)
● Extensive experience with diverse data processing technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and data warehousing/lake solutions
● Strong architecture skills in designing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-based AI/ML solutions
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

● Multiple industry certifications preferred, with a strong emphasis on major Cloud Provider certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect) and/or AI/ML specific certifications
