Position Overview
Quantum Science Solutions (QSS) is seeking a Project Integrator to support a high-impact government technology program. This role requires deep experience in IT program management, system integration, and the coordination of complex enterprise technology initiatives. The Project Integrator will help drive modernization efforts, integrate technical solutions, manage risks, and support agile teams across a dynamic IT environment.
This position combines technical leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement to enable secure, scalable IT capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead program integration activities across multiple IT teams to ensure alignment, coordination, and successful delivery of enterprise capabilities.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, technical exchange sessions, and working groups; track action items and deliverables.
• Prepare and manage technical and financial documentation, including program plans, spend plans, and progress status reports.
• Translate functional requirements into system specifications and provide input into technical proposals and engineering review boards.
• Support cloud strategy evaluation and recommend solutions based on capability requirements.
• Design, deploy, and maintain secure network environments, including cloud-based infrastructure.
• Lead system architecture planning, security assessments, and system accreditation efforts.
• Configure and maintain servers and workstations; manage hardware, software, and patching requirements.
• Drive agile project execution by leading Scrum teams, applying Agile methodologies, and supporting backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Develop technical documentation, including user guides, training materials, and installation instructions.
• Brief stakeholders and executives on project progress, risks, milestones, and strategic direction.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in IT program management, including complex system integration and risk mitigation.
• Experience supporting system accreditation and cyber defense planning.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure services and cloud architecture evaluation.
• Ability to build and maintain secure network environments and current technology systems.
• Expertise in Agile project delivery and Scrum team leadership.
• Strong communication skills and ability to prepare/edit materials for executive audiences.
• Experience with technical proposal development, system engineering, and implementation planning.
• Ability to track and manage action items, technical milestones, and budget allocations.
Education Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Skills
• Experience integrating enterprise architecture deliverables and managing roadmap alignment.
• Experience assessing enterprise network options and making cost-effective recommendations.
• Experience developing project contingency plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud service offerings and deployment models.
• Experience developing IT roadmaps and documenting progress for modernization initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including briefing senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience leading enterprise Agile implementations and developing communication plans for large IT efforts.
