Position Overview
Quantum Science Solutions (QSS) is seeking a Systems Integrator to support a complex, high-visibility IT program for a U.S. Government customer. This role requires a skilled professional who can manage the integration of enterprise systems, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive program execution from inception through implementation.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in program and project management, Agile delivery, technical documentation, and cloud systems integration. This is a hands-on leadership role that demands a balance of technical, strategic, and communication capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage complex IT integration projects and facilitate meetings, information sessions, and program coordination.
• Prepare and maintain program plans, reports, and budget spend plans.
• Analyze functional business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud strategies and services to meet system design needs.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of both traditional and cloud-based network environments.
• Build and configure technology servers and workstations, ensuring regular patching and updates.
• Provide technical support for cyber defense initiatives to safeguard enterprise IT assets.
• Oversee the design and implementation of network and system security architectures.
• Drive Agile delivery by leading Scrum teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including manuals, training materials, and status reports.
• Organize and communicate project information clearly to both technical teams and senior leadership.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
• Demonstrated success managing IT programs and system integration in large, complex environments.
• Strong experience with Agile methodology and Scrum team leadership.
• Proven ability to evaluate cloud services and implement scalable solutions.
• Experience supporting ATO (Authority to Operate) processes and implementing enterprise IT security architectures.
• Skilled in preparing technical proposals and documentation for engineering and management review.
• Proficient in briefing executives, stakeholders, and customers on capabilities and program progress.
• Background in developing and executing communication plans for enterprise IT initiatives.
• Ability to lead modernization initiatives, working groups, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including editing and technical writing for various audiences.
Education Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Skills
• Experience coordinating deliverables across architecture and development teams into integrated solutions.
• Ability to assess network performance and recommend cost-effective enterprise solutions.
• Experience planning and executing roadmaps for complex IT programs, including milestone tracking and risk management.
• Familiarity with developing project documentation and reporting, including monthly progress and financial reports.
• Background in supporting enterprise Agile implementation across multiple stakeholders and programs.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
