Salary
The base salary range for this position is between $135,000-$150,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of SOC Analysts, ensuring complete shift coverage and effective shift schedules.
- Develop and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare detailed reports from security tools and conduct root cause analysis as needed.
- Collaborate with technical leadership to manage issue escalations.
- Track and manage the training and development of all personnel.
- Plan and track monthly patching procedures.
- Coordinate maintenance windows with customers.
- Maintain all SecOps-related documentation
Primary Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a NOC/SOC environment.
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
- 10+ years of technical experience.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management practices.
- Proficiency in using and managing security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team effectively.
Differentiators
- Familiarity with government compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and DISA.
- Experience working with Cybersecurity Service Providers (CSSPs).
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification.
- Hands-on experience with incident response and handling, including conducting post-incident reviews and developing improvement plans.
- Proven ability to implement and manage advanced threat detection technologies, such as intrusion detection systems (IDS) and intrusion prevention systems (IPS).
