GSA Capture Manger

Security Clearance Requirement: Active DoD Secret Security Clearance or the ability to get one

Salary Range: $100K - $165K Plus Bonus

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven GSA Capture Manger to lead and support strategic capture efforts for GTACS, RS3 and other GSA-related opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the federal space, particularly the C5ISR domain.
Position Responsibilities:

Capture Management & Business Development

• Lead and assist in the capture of GTACS and RS3 opportunities.

• Develop and manage a robust business pipeline and customer campaign strategy.

• Build and maintain an effective CRM to track opportunities and engagement.

• Identify and develop technical solutions aligned with customer missions.

• Collaborate on the development of technical proposals and presentations.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision makers in the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and other federal agencies.
Qualifications:

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in GSA capture or related federal acquisition strategies.

• Strong understand of C5ISR technologies and mission needs.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing capture plans.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with key government stakeholders.

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field (Master's preferred).

• 8+ years of experience in federal business development or capture management.

• Direct experience working with GTACS, RS3 or similar IDIQ contract vehicles.

• Familiarity with Shipley or similar capture methodologies.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, proposal and pricing.

• Ability to manage multiple capture efforts simultaneously under tight deadlines.
