We're looking for a skilled IT professional with strong VMware and migration experience to join our team. You'll support customer-facing projects, work on automation initiatives, and contribute to VM migrations using Zerto and Cohesity clusters. You'll collaborate both virtually and on-site with customers across the U.S.

Job Description:
We're looking for a skilled IT professional with strong VMware and migration experience to join our team. You'll support customer-facing projects, work on automation initiatives, and contribute to VM migrations using Zerto and Cohesity clusters. You'll collaborate both virtually and on-site with customers across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform VM dependency mapping and prepare for migrations using VMware
- Configure and support Zerto for disaster recovery and workload migrations
- Work with Cohesity clusters for data protection and backups
- Support automation tasks and help integrate solutions into the Morpheus menu
- Engage with customers via virtual and occasional on-site meetings (travel up to 20%)
- Collaborate with teams on general networking and IT infrastructure support
Required Skills & Experience:
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance
- Strong VMware experience (including migrations)
- Hands-on experience with Zerto configuration and migration
- Experience with Cohesity cluster environments
- Solid automation skills
- Basic to intermediate networking knowledge
- Comfortable with customer interaction and presenting technical details
