GENERAL DUTIES:

CLEARANCE:
- Comprehensive Facility Oversight: Provide daily facility management support across three primary SOCNORTH buildings (ranging from 28,000 to 90,000 sq/ft) and any additional sites as directed.
- Program Implementation: Develop, execute, and oversee a robust facility management program, including construction planning, repair coordination, and preventative maintenance.
- Work Order & Maintenance Management: Track all service requests and maintenance actions using NexGen IT. Ensure timely delivery of services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and safety system maintenance.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with SOCNORTH, 21st Civil Engineer Squadron (CES), Space Base Delta 1, Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and other external partners for facility-related efforts.
- Facility Inspection & Evaluation: Conduct weekly inspections to identify, report, and resolve deficiencies. Evaluate facility performance and recommend enhancements to support mission readiness.
- Project Support: Assist in reviewing project designs and schedules. Serve as a liaison for facility construction or renovation projects impacting SOCNORTH operations.
- Security Oversight: In coordination with the COR and SSO, monitor facility work for compliance with construction security regulations. Develop and maintain a Construction Security Plan (CSP) and report any concerns promptly.
- Training & Systems Access: Complete 21 CES Facility Management training and maintain an active NexGen IT account.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly status reports on work orders and ongoing projects using Microsoft Office tools.
- Meeting Participation: Attend recurring and short-notice meetings (under 4 hours) at Peterson SFB, Fort Carson, or other local installations to provide facility management input and updates.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience conducting facility management support.
