Pay Range: Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00

We’re hiring a Video Teleconference Technician in Suitland, MD ready to step into the spotlight of high-impact work while deepening their technical and leadership chops. You'll join a trusted team enabling secure operations where they matter most.
What You’ll Take On
- Set up and optimize VTC infrastructure across classified networks including JWICS and IP-based systems
- Support design, engineering, and installation, accreditation, activation, and remote troubleshooting assistance of room/studio and desktop VTC services residing on JWICS
- Maintain documentation and system integrity through proactive ticketing and inventory management
- Work directly with VIPs and senior leaders to ensure flawless execution of sensitive video communications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with security, engineering, and operational teams
Basic Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret/SCI
- Experience Level: 5+ years working with VTC or A/V systems; ideally 3+ in secure/government settings
- Education: HS diploma + 5 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s + 1+ year
- Certifications: Active IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE), or ability to earn within 30 days
- Skills Snapshot:
- Familiarity with Crestron, AMX, Extron, and networked AV solutions
- Cable fabrication experience across AV formats (Cat6, TRRS, DB-9, etc.)
- Strong customer-facing communication and multitasking in dynamic environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and enhance A/V performance at scale
- Physical Readiness: Able to lift 50 lbs, move through large facilities, and work in enclosed spaces
