SRG is currently seeking Next Generation Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNA2) to help safeguard national security through digital network exploitation and analysis. We want a experienced analysts to deliver network and exploitation analysis in support of securing and defending vital networks. This work enhances the nation's ability to address the challenges of an increasingly complex global security landscape.
About the Role
This program provides the Intelligence Community with mission-critical Next Generation SIGINT Analysts and Cyber professionals dedicated to national defense. Join a team of experts in SIGINT, intelligence, and cybersecurity, delivering cutting-edge solutions to protect national interests. The work includes intelligence analysis, advanced data management, and the development of next-generation cybersecurity capabilities.
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads.
Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints.
Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions.
Work as part of a team, with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise.
Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights.
Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
Required Qualifications:
9 years’ experience without a degree OR 7 years’ experience with an associate degree OR 5 years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree OR 3 years’ experience with a master’s degree OR 1 years' experience with a PhD
Relevant experience must be in conducting cyber intelligence analysis, next generation analysis, digital network analysis, or SIGINT analysis to include target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, knowledge of customer tool sets and databases
Foreign language proficiency and Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) scores may be considered as relevant experience.
Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to analyze and produce intelligence information through adding, updating, or enhancing information in mission relevant databases
Ability to conduct target research and analysis and analysis of metadata
Ability to identify target communications within the global network
Ability to create and maintain documentation of analysis, tradecraft, research, and knowledge
Ability to provide formal/informal analysis training in all forms including on-the-job training, creation of video training artifacts, and physical/virtual classroom training
Ability to work with others across analysis disciplines to produce the best possible results and follow oversight and compliance requirements
