Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst III leads the development and management of comprehensive project schedules for large-scale and complex programs. This role ensures the integration of all project activities, performs advanced risk management, and provides detailed schedule analysis. The Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst III collaborates closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with program objectives and timelines.
• Lead the preparation, development, and coordination of integrated master plans and schedules for highly complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee the tracking and maintenance of project plans and schedules to ensure horizontal and vertical integration across the enterprise.
• Conduct advanced risk analysis to identify and proactively mitigate schedule risks, ensuring project timelines are met.
• Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts using Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and other advanced project management techniques.
• Evaluate schedule compliance and systematically identify reasons for completion shortfalls, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on schedule status to senior stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive scheduling data, fostering effective communication and coordination.
• Support program management in developing and implementing advanced scheduling best practices, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Advanced application of Critical Path Analysis and Schedule Risk Analysis.
• Proficient in Schedule Performance and Health Metric Analysis.
