TEKsystems has 2 immediate Systems Engineering position supporting a critical national security program in Aurora, Colorado.
The role involves technical planning, system integration, and supportability analysis. It requires strong systems engineering experience, particularly in mission-critical systems, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Key aspects of the role include:
• Technical Leadership: Serving as the programs SR Systems Engineer.
• System Integration: Performing technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation.
• Supportability Analysis: Analyzing cost, risk, and supportability of the system.
• Requirements Management: Defining, proposing, managing, and executing efforts for internal research and development.
• Operational Focus: Troubleshooting real-world operational issues and developing solutions.
• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required, with the ability to obtain SCI.
• Experience: Experience with RF engineering, hardware drawings, and IT knowledge (servers, switches, storage) is desired.
• Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
Additional qualifications and experience may include:
• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 9+ years of experience, or a Master's with 7 years, or a PhD with 5 years, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Model Based Engineering (MBE) / Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and approaches.
• Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) engineering, hardware drawings, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with requirements development and management.
• Experience with System CONOPS.
• Proficiency in related engineering programs and collaboration tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
