One of our premier clients is searching for a talented and experienced Junior-level Contract/Subcontract Administrator to join their team. This is a Full-Time position working on-site at their Fairfax, VA headquarters. This role requires exceptional organization skills, strong attentions to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. They are looking for creative, collaborative and driven individual to join their team.
DUTIES (including, but not limited to):
Contracts
Assist in proposal preparation
Conduct contract negotiations, review terms and conditions
Administer contracts
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in support of pre and post award contractual opportunities.
Monitor contract performance (cost, schedule, performance)
Coordinate with program management
Contract close-outs
Create and maintain professional interface with customer
Perform various reporting.
Subcontracts
Review subcontract proposals for accuracy, reasonableness, completeness
Cost/Price Analysis
Coordinate review of technical proposals with prime contract Program Manager
Support preparation of prime contract proposals which include subcontract costs
Negotiate subcontract terms and conditions
Issue subcontracts and modifications
Monitor budgets and spend rates
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration
Security Clearance -TS/SCI preferred
Two or more years of contract work experience in federal contracting arena
Self-Starter, ability to work without close supervision
Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, Intel agency supplements
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Competitive experience a plus
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with MS Office applications.
