Currently, Recro is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Active Directory System Engineer, to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

- TS/SCI (FS Poly)
Overview/Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots Active Directory infrastructure, Azure AD, Group Policies, DNS, PKI, PowerShell, and various Windows Server and client OS versions
- Architects and engineer enterprise-level solutions with a focus on scalability and security
- Analyzes complex topologies and interdependencies across technologies, especially in 2012+ forest/domains and group policy structures
- Solves technical problems creatively and analytically during software system development and maintenance
- Lead technical aspects of projects and coordinate support staff efforts
- Updates and maintain training tools and documentation; oversee implementation
- Supports after-hours operations as needed; participate in on-call rotations and respond to short-notice call-ins
- Utilizes additional tools such as Quest ARS, GPO Admin, Password Manager, and Microsoft FIM/MIM
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
- Required Experience: 2+ years
- Required Skills: Communication and Problem Solving
- Certification Required: Level II 8570 Certification (Security+ CE or equivalent)
- Analytical and creative problem solving skills for creation and testing of software systems and maintenance
- Ability to work with little supervision in high stress / high visibility environments with time sensitive requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to take direction and retain information
- Applies methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of the complex system requirements and problems.
