This position, as part of the Contractor PMO, has the corporate decision-making authority to respond effectively and rapidly to TO requirements. The ATOM will be available during normal operating hours within 45 minutes of notification to meet in person or by phone with the Government PM, MTC- Commanders, and/or the KO/COR. Additionally, this contract requires a Program Management Office (PMO) Team consisting of an Operations Lead, Logistics Lead, Program Analyst, Knowledge Manager, and a Quality Control Manager.
The program delivers the ARNG training on individual, leader, battle staff, and simulation-driven collective Mission Command (MC) training technical, exercise, simulation, and organizational support in all 50 states and 4 territories.
Our work depends on you to ensure exercise support requirements are identified, synchronized, resourced, and rehearsed to meet Training Unit Commander (TUC) Training Objectives (TO); joining our team which already supports 16 Active Duty US Army MTCs.

- The ATOM will be the alternate point of contact with the MCTSP PM for all technical requirements in the TO and the supervisor for Contractor employees assigned to this TO
- The ATOM will be available during normal operating hours within 45 minutes of notification to meet in person or by phone with the Government PM, MTC- Commanders, and/or the KO/COR
- Responsible for assisting the TOM in leading a team of full time contractors supporting six ARNG Mission Training Complexes.
- ATOM Responsible for the planning and execution of projects cost and budgets and manages process and procedures and coordination and deliverable of CDRLs.
- Interfaces regularly with the Government Program Management Office to ensure clear communication across the effort.
- Additionally, support the TOM in the recruitment, train, supervise, and sustainment of the program workforce employees and the management of subcontractors in support of the program
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- BS degree
- 2+ years of experience in management of projects or programs of similar size, scope, and complexity
- Army training experience
- Secret clearance
HOW THE PMO WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- The Operations Lead is responsible to assist in the management of six (6) Mission Training Complexes distributed across the US, with employees forward deployed to every state and territory at any time, executing multiple training events simultaneously
- The Program Analyst is responsible for managing an annual budget of $50 million supporting six (6) Mission Training Complexes distributed across the US, executing multiple simultaneous missions, and reporting funding expenses to the COR/KO
- The Logistics Lead to assist in the management of six (6) Mission Training Complexes distributed across the US, with equipment forward deployed to every state and territory at any time, executing multiple training events simultaneously
- The Knowledge Manager is responsible for managing the KM program for the contract ensuring all MTCs have access to organized information to synchronize missions and provides the US Army with visibility of all mission support, coordination, and execution
- The Quality Control Manager is responsible for the supervision of the contract compliance across the Task Order to include Contract Deliverables and other specified requirements.
