You will be a Financial Analyst on the IRST Development & Production Team, supporting program finance functions and driving financial excellence in a fast-paced environment. Our team delivers exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Financial Analyst, you will provide financial analysis and guidance to program managers, IPT Leads, and senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making. You will create actionable budgets and forecasts, communicate financial performance, and manage Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing financial analysis and guidance to support strategic decision-making
• Creating actionable budgets and forecasts, and communicating financial performance
• Managing and tracking EVM implementation and program performance
• Performing special projects and analysis as required

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Must work well in cross-functional groups and gather stakeholders data from across the organization in a timely manner
• Finance, Accounting, Business or related degree
• Ability to work in cost/budget management
• Strong interpersonal, written, analytical and verbal communications skills
• Self starter/motivated individual.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tool kit.
• Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Proactive problem solver with critical thinking skills
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
