Compensation
Expected Salary: $165,000 per year

WhatYou’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and Management: Oversee the execution of multiple digital projects, ensuring they align with overall program goals and company-wide objectives.
- Strategic Planning:Identify opportunities to leverage digital tools and technologies to improve processes, enhance customer experience, and drive business outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage potential risks and issues that could impact the program's success, developing mitigation plans and strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement changes and improvements based on data analysis, feedback, and emerging technology trends to enhance program effectiveness.
- Change Management: Support the organization's transition to new technologies and processes, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
- Communication and Reporting: Provide clear and concise communication to various stakeholders on program progress, issues, risks, and financial performance.
Business Development Responsibilities:
- Teaming Strategies: Develop and execute teaming strategies, including identifying and vetting potential partners to enhance SaaS offerings.
- Cost Strategies: Develop cost strategies, LOEs/BOEs/BOMs, and associated rationale to support SaaS business growth.
- Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customers' key program initiatives within GDS, ensuring SaaS solutions align with their mission objectives.
What You’ll Bring:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in related discipline (e.g., Computer Engineering, Geography, Geospatial Sciences, Computer Science, etc.).
- 15+ years of experience designing and delivering geospatial solutions in diverse markets, assisting customers and organizations in achieving objectives.
- Experience growing successful SaaS startups.
- Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Successful results of preemployment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen.
- Comply with company drug and alcohol policy.
- Be authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate’s start date.

- Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

- Customer Knowledge: Familiarity with Federal Market and technical approaches related to next-generation cloud, network, and cybersecurity technologies.
Additional Requirements:
- US Citizenship required to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
