Position Overview
Quantum Science Solutions (QSS) is seeking a Project Integrator to join a high-performing technical team supporting mission-critical software and cloud initiatives for a U.S. Government customer. The selected candidate will lead Agile software development efforts, manage multiple high-visibility projects, and provide strategic guidance on project integration and delivery across the program lifecycle.
This is a hybrid role requiring expertise in Agile project leadership, technical requirements translation, risk management, and coordination across engineering, operations, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Lean Agile development teams, including generation of sprint plans and backlog prioritization
• Translate customer needs into actionable system requirements, defining MVPs, features, and user stories
• Manage technical project execution from inception through delivery, ensuring schedule and budget alignment
• Track multiple concurrent projects and deliverables, recommending or taking corrective action as needed
• Utilize JIRA to manage backlogs, product portfolios, and sprint progress reporting
• Coordinate and brief system status, risk posture, and project milestones to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensure technical feasibility, and maintain compliance with A&A standards
• Develop long-term strategies aligned with evolving mission needs and end-user requirements
• Tailor technical concepts to a range of audiences through briefings and written reports
• Collaborate with engineering, security, testing, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Ensure applications and services are compliant with software versioning and A&A accreditation requirements
• Create and manage PMR (Project Management Review) content and executive summaries

Mandatory Skills & Experience
• Demonstrated experience leading Agile software development teams and generating sprint plans
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into features, stories, and delivery plans
• Hands-on experience with full lifecycle software development in a technical project management capacity
• Expertise using JIRA for backlog, sprint, and portfolio management
• Strong understanding of risk identification, mitigation, and change management
• Ability to manage strategic objectives and future-facing requirements
• Experience briefing both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with secure software delivery and reporting systems for production deployment

Education Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Preferred Skills
• Experience with sponsor-specific Lean Agile methodology and reporting frameworks
• Experience managing sprint burn-up charts, MVI reporting, and sprint goals
• Familiarity with data repositories, segmentation services, and automation pipelines
• Experience participating in Agile scrums, sprint reviews, and grooming sessions
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Experience estimating cloud deployment costs and system integrations
• Strong coordination skills for scheduling meetings, managing PMRs, and resolving task dependencies
• Ability to ensure compliance with software lifecycle, code libraries, and security requirements
