We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Backoffice / Administrative Assistant & Technical Writer to support daily internal operations and contribute to document development efforts. This position is primarily focused on administrative and technical writing support, with occasional responsibilities formatting resumes for Intelligence Community (IC) proposals and recruiting efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:
Backoffice & Administrative Support:
· Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to team CEO and managers.
· Maintain internal records, trackers, and document repositories.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes.
· Organize digital files, update logs, and assist with internal communications.
· Support onboarding documentation and team coordination tasks.
Technical Writing:
· Draft, edit, and maintain a variety of internal and external documents such as process guides, SOPs, templates, and instructions.
· Work with SMEs and team members to gather information and translate into clear, user-friendly documentation.
· Ensure all documents meet formatting and compliance standards.
· Maintain version control of written content and update documents as needed.
Occasional/As-Needed Responsibilities:
· Format and edit candidate resumes for government proposals and IC submissions.
· Tailor resumes to match position descriptions and labor category requirements.
· Ensure consistent formatting and compliance with customer guidelines.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in administrative support or technical writing roles.
· Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel); Adobe Acrobat proficiency.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and document organization.
· Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
· Familiarity with IC resume formatting standards is a plus.
· Experience with SharePoint, Google Workspace, or similar platforms is a plus.
