Description:
You will be the Regulatory Compliance Specialist for the Logistics Information Technology (LogIT) Product Support Provider (PSP) Team. Our team is responsible for delivering comprehensive support to the Warfighter, including hosting product demonstrations and resolving customer Issues/Action Requests (ARs) in a timely and efficient manner to maintain Warfighter readiness.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the Regulatory Compliance Specialist you play a key role in ensuring that our organization is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:
• Support review of ITAR license and exemption activity and update/maintain internal records accordingly.
• Ensure appropriate data markings per F-35 Program Directive (PD-16).
• Provide guidance to team members on compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal LM technical teams, International Trade Compliance (ITC), and the Joint Program Office (JPO) Export and Foreign Disclosure Officers regarding development and approval of export documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to support internal compliance initiatives.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards such as, International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), Export Administration Regulation (EAR) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with compliance management systems, audit tools, Export/Import Compliance & License Processing System (ECLPS), etc.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Lockheed Martin Proprietary Information (LMPI) and other sensitive information
• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin's compliance policies and procedures
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g. Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
