Data Intelligence, LLC is seeking a qualified Information Assurance Compliance Specialist to support a Department of Defense client in Philadelphia, PA. This role provides critical cybersecurity support for Propulsion, Power & Auxiliary Machinery Systems, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity and information assurance (IA) requirements.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in DoD cybersecurity frameworks, with experience in information assurance compliance, system security documentation, and supporting assessment and authorization (A&A) activities under RMF (Risk Management Framework).

Key Responsibilities:
- Support IA compliance and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes for DoD systems.
- Prepare, review, and maintain security documentation (e.g., SSPs, POA&Ms, RARs).
- Conduct security assessments and compliance audits to evaluate system risks and vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate with system owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cybersecurity controls are properly implemented and documented.
- Monitor system security posture and support remediation efforts.
- Participate in cybersecurity working groups, inspections, and meetings with the client and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with DoD, Navy, and NIST policies and guidance.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field from an accredited university.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of Information Assurance Compliance experience.
- At least 3 years of entry-level cybersecurity experience.
- Certifications:
- Must meet DoD 8570 IAM Level I requirements (e.g., CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, or Security+ CE).
- Windows certifications are desired but not required.
- Clearance: Active Secret Clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Navy cybersecurity requirements and practices.
- Working knowledge of eMASS, ACAS, HBSS, and other DoD cybersecurity tools.
- Experience supporting systems related to propulsion or auxiliary machinery (preferred but not required).
