*This position is contingent upon contract award and the actual job description may vary based on specific contract requirements and organizational needs.

Responsibilities:
  • The CSSP Account Management Officer is responsible for creating and configuring user accounts for all Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) subscribers and personnel across dedicated systems, ensuring proper access and functionality from the outset
  • Conduct regular account management activities, including monitoring account activity, identifying inactive accounts, and promptly terminating accounts for users who have departed the organization
  • Provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving access issues for users, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
  • Implement and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies for accounts and systems, tailoring access permissions based on the specific system and user roles to maintain security and compliance


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Management)
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Active Security clearance
