Connsci is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. This position will serve in a Medical Treatment Facility (MTF), responsible for the management, transport, and control of medical supplies and equipment.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
* Material Coordination
o Work with team members to find and request needed supplies.
o Move and deliver supplies (up to 50 pounds), including medical equipment and gas, in warehouses, offices, and hospital settings.
o Help solve problems when supplies are missing or hard to get.
o Use computer systems to track supply orders, delivery status, and records.
* Inventory Control and Management
o Order and restock supplies such as office materials, medical tools, and surgical equipment.
o Set stock levels and reorder schedules to make sure we don't run out.
o Stay within budget while making sure supplies are always available.
o Solve supply-related issues and share solutions with the team.
What We're Looking For
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Good problem-solving and analytical thinking
* Experience using inventory tracking or logistics software
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic Qualifications
* At least 1 year of experience in inventory, warehousing, logistics, or a similar role
* Active Secret clearance
* Able to lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg)
Additional Information
* Travel: You may need to travel to different military treatment facilities (MTFs) or nearby locations as part of the job.
* Physical Work: This role includes lifting, moving, and operating equipment like carts or dollies.
