This role supports maintenance engineering activities across multiple high-impact aerospace programs. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with both client employees and contractors to fulfill contractual product support engineering requirements.

We are seeking a Product Support Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering Capability team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role supports maintenance engineering activities across multiple high-impact aerospace programs. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with both client employees and contractors to fulfill contractual product support engineering requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex engineering designs and changes to determine maintenance and repair requirements.
- Influence product designs and processes to enhance supportability and maintainability.
- Develop and apply fault isolation procedures and systems theory descriptions.
- Conduct engineering analyses to verify maintenance/repair data accuracy.
- Generate and review logistics support documentation, including:
- Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP)
- Product Support Analysis Plan (PSAP)
- Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA)
- Support Equipment Recommendation Data (SERD)
- Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
- Other Logistics Supportability Analysis (LSA) documents
- Provide technical solutions and evaluate customer maintenance operations.
- Develop procedures and techniques for product maintenance and repair.
- Participate in industry-related organizational activities.
- Use desktop tools to gather, analyze, and report data.
- Collaborate with program management and engineering teams.
- Lead or participate in virtual and in-person working group meetings.
- Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers.
- Manage tasks within budget and schedule constraints.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and decision-making skills.
- Ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance (Requires US Citizenship)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- 1-2 years of experience interpreting aircraft engineering drawings and process specifications.
- 1-2 years of experience with aircraft technical manuals and Technical Order System requirements.
- Understanding of engineering data and experience maintaining military aircraft using Technical Orders.
- Active Secret or higher security clearance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field.
- Experience with Product Support Analysis (PSA), LSA, GEIA-STD-0007, or MIL-HDBK-502A.
- Proficiency with LSA software tools (e.g., Slicwave, EAGLE, Powerlog, Compass).
- Familiarity with military and commercial maintenance manuals and documentation.
- Experience with systems such as Radar, Mission Computers, Comm NAV, Power Plant, Avionics, Hydraulics, or Electrical & Environmental.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with airworthiness certification (commercial or military).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and detailed work instructions.
- Systems thinking mindset with the ability to understand interdependencies.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with cost account and project engineering management.
- Experience with B-52 Bomber or AWACS aircraft is a plus.
