Join Our Team! Mobius has an exciting position for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong DevSecOps background to support the Missile Defense Agency's Directorate for Test (MDA/DT). This senior position will provide direct engineering support to the government's Technical Director for Test.

Duties of a Senior Software Engineer may include:

• Utilize your engineering techniques, taking a hands-on approach to multiple high-visibility projects.
• Deliver solutions to some of MDA's toughest problems
• Leverage your extensive DevSecOps engineering proficiency to deliver timely, high-quality, outcome-focused Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and automation solutions.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to oversee software development efforts within MDA by effectively communicating and collaborating between MDA's development, security, and operations teams
• Develop Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) processes, tools and deployment strategies
• Enable and lead Agile management and collaboration, leveraging tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitLab
• Build and deploy containers and containerization technologies - Capable of applying process improvement and strategic planning skills
• Possess exceptional technical writing and Government reporting/documentation skills - Experience with MDA's Test Management Suite (TMS) is highly desired
• Experience with MDA's ground test/M&S environments is highly desired
• Experience in applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to missile defense systems, including threat detection, tracking, and engagement.
• Experience in integrating and leveraging COTS AI/ML tools and platforms for missile defense applications, such as data analysis, simulation, and decision support

Education

• MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent STEM field pertinent to the above duties/skills with 10 years of professional experience; a combination of a BS in the above disciplines and 5 additional years of experience (15 total) may be substituted for the MS degree requirement

Clearance

• Active Secret or higher clearance
