Job Description

Depending on Customer's yet-to-be determined needs, this position will either be for a combined Project Manager (PM)/Integrator, or one of each. If the latter, the requirement will be for two positions (PM for 8 hrs/week and Integrator for 32-40 hrs/week).
The PM job entails overseeing a team that facilitates the entry and departure of foreign official government guests to the United States through US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Transportation and Security Administration (TSA) security checkpoints. The PM is responsible for overall performance of the contract and conduct of contractor personnel; they serve as primary point of contact for the customer, maintain communications including risks, issues and accomplishments; support and manage the team including hiring, evaluations, and maintaining positive, collaborative relationships. The PM must ensure contract compliance and leverage corporate resources to meet requirements. They manage contract finances including cost control, review and approval of part-time subcontractor invoices and customer invoices, monthly program deliverables.
The Integrator role performs scheduling and coordination for the entry and departure events at airports with appropriate CBP, TSA, and airport elements including airline personnel, airport security, and airport police. The best candidate for the Integrator role must have a working knowledge of airport operations and airports where the program operates on a frequent basis. They must be very familiar with airport elements, such as airline representatives and security personnel requirements, and the security requirements involved in supporting official visitors and VIPs. They must be able to obtain appropriate airport credentials and maintain the team's compliance with airport administrative requirements including badging and training, perform database entry and management, and prepare summary reports. Additionally, the optimal candidate will maintain strong relationships with airport elements, be able to obtain knowledge of airport processes and procedures for travelers, program coordination processes, and maintain program records and Standard Operating Procedures. The candidate must be able to provide on-call support outside of normal business hours to resolve support issues, fill in to work events if needed, and be available for occasional travel on short notice to airports where program does not maintain a presence.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

PM required experience :
  • Bachelor's degree or four years of experience working on projects of similar and relevant scope and complexity in lieu of a degree
  • Five years' experience in the Intelligence Community
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business and management principles
  • Experience managing, motivating, and direction personnel in dynamic/changing environments
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Working knowledge and ability to use computer operating systems/tools such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with and provide direction to a diverse workforce, consisting of both staffers and Independent Contractors scatted throughout the Continental US (CONUS) and Outside Continental US (OCONUS)
Integrator required experience :
  • Bachelor's degree or two years of experience working on projects of similar and relevant scope and complexity in lieu of a degree
  • Two years' experience in the Intelligence Community
  • One year of experience facilitating travel for official government guests
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, manage, and plan a medium to large semi-complex workload
  • Demonstrated high level of personal integrity and the ability to discreetly handle sensitive, personal and classified travel information
  • Working knowledge and ability to use computer operating systems/tools such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Prior Experience interacting with individuals from a variety of cultures, ethnicities, religions, and social levels (i.e., liaison partners, military, police, heads of state, and/or foreign royalty)
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

PM desired skills:
  • Master's degree in relevant field
  • Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement cost efficient solutions
  • Critical Thinking - Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
  • Eight plus years of experience in the intelligence community
  • Demonstrated ability to brief large groups
  • Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer's overseas operations (leadership structure, basic station operations, and position roles/responsibilities)
  • Experience supporting program management with resource leveling, planning and analysis
Integrator desired skills:
  • Three years of experience facilitating travel for official government guests
  • Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement cost efficient solutions
  • Critical Thinking - Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Experience with expediting international and domestic arrivals/departures at US-based airports.
  • Demonstrated ability to brief large groups
  • Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with US-based airport operations and authorities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer's overseas operations (leadership structure, basic station operations, and position roles/responsibilities)


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
