ManTech seeks a motivated and adaptable Cloud DevOps Administrator to join our team in Chantilly, VA

The Cloud DevOps Administrator, in this fast-paced Big Data ecosystem, will collaborate with leading IT and analytics experts to support and advance our vital cloud platforms. You'll be instrumental in driving automation, enhancing system security, and optimizing deployment workflows. This is a rare chance to engage in impactful work with significant opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Maintaining standard environments and services for the Cloud team, including performing regular patching, upgrades, updates, and management of passwords and certificates
  • Implementing automation across routine operations and maintenance tasks to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Interfacing with infrastructure and development teams to align on cloud initiatives and ensure cohesive integration
  • Building and maintaining tools to support deployment activities
  • Providing support for custom tools as needed
  • Managing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) tools required by the Cloud team
  • Ensuring thorough documentation and clear communication of procedures, processes, and efficiency improvements

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma with 2+ years of relevant systems administration and/or database administration experience
  • Strong scripting experience (e.g., Bash)
  • DevOps experience, including building, deploying, and operating software
  • Broad knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies
  • Experience with infrastructure automation and monitoring tools

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cloud computing experience is desired but not required

Clearance Requirements:
  • An active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Must be able to use hands to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
