OBXtek is staffing for a CSSP Account Management Officer to support the Defense Cyber Solutions Branch Mission Support program. The selected candidate will work on-site at Adelphi, MD.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for creating and configuring user accounts for all Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) subscribers and personnel across dedicated systems, ensuring proper access and functionality from the outset.
- Conduct regular account management activities, including monitoring account activity, identifying inactive accounts, and promptly terminating accounts for users who have departed the organization.
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving access issues for users, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Implement and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies for accounts and systems, tailoring access permissions based on the specific system and user roles to maintain security and compliance.
Qualifications
Must possess a DoD Top Secet security clearance.
