ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Computer Programmer to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This is an onsite full-time position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Improve CVN operational availability and full mission capable rates to meet training and warfighting demand.
- Prepare and support military professionals with safely and flawlessly executing all duties onboard the aircraft carrier.
- Accomplish missions as a team in support of aircraft carrier readiness.
- Grow and sustain our equipment and personnel to meet all future warfighting requirements.
- Develop, analyze, and train people and tactics for joint, networked, high-end combat against an evolving threat.
- Evaluate the analysis of the aircraft carrier habitability program effectiveness as it relates to ship operational readiness to meet defined warfare mission areas and improve the existing living conditions.
- Accurately define requirements and influence full resourcing with accurate data and facts through aligned and unified messaging
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the fluent use of Tableau, Qlik, Jupiter/Advana and have an advanced ability in utilizing common programming languages to include SQL, NoSQL, Python, Java, R, and Scala.
- 5+ years of experience in developing, modifying, and maintaining assigned programs (SKED, CDMOA, OARS, VSB, OMMS-NG, MFOM, OIS, ADE, DRRS, NRAS, MNA, HERMES, C2OIX, and other programs as assigned and/or developed), designing and implementing modifications to the interrelation of data within programs.
- 5+ years of experience monitoring the operation of assigned programs, data collected, and responds to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors in logic and coding.
- 5+ years of experience developing, maintaining, managing, and securing naval systems.
- 2+ years of experience establishing enterprise performance management metrics, dashboards, dashboard functional proponents within Jupiter.

- Must possess active Secret security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
