The Cryptologic & Global Intelligence Division (N910) within MITRE's Intelligence Center has built a foundation of trusted expertise spanning technological, operational, acquisition, policy, and non-traditional mission-focused areas to facilitate technological integration, reduce and manage operational risk, and influence mission success. These challenges run the full spectrum, from helping to develop niche technical capabilities through to program management, acquisition, and strategy. N910 staff are valued for their deep insight into their sponsors' mission and challenges and their technical competencies in areas such as offensive and defensive cyberspace operations, hardware and software reverse engineering, prototype development, incident response and analysis, program management, acquisition, cyber policy and strategy, and many related topics.
The Cryptologic & Global Intelligence Division (N910) is seeking a team member with a passion for improving operational efficiencies to take on a lead role in the Division. Based at one of the company's largest sites, Fort Meade, MD, this position will serve as the Division Operations Manager and work directly with multiple corporate and division leaders to enhance local capabilities in support of the site's team of National Security and cross-organization professionals. The candidate will be responsible for assessing, managing, and enhancing N910's complex set of business and program management processes. The role will lead cross-divisional teams to develop division-wide solutions across a variety of focus areas, streamlining business processes through automation or business process re-engineering to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of services while aligning with corporate norms and delivering high-quality outcomes. As part of the Cryptologic & Global Intelligence Division (N910), the selected candidate will work closely with the N910 Managing Director and representatives across MITRE to develop scalable solutions that support the broader work program.

Roles & Responsibilities::
- Works across the organization to ensure strategic implementation and efficient, effective business operations.
- Collaborates with leadership to shape and implement vision, goals, objectives, strategies, measures, and roadmaps, and establishes management systems that drive organizational performance.
- Drives business operations to manage workforce capacity and delivery, hiring, rates, funding, contracts, resource management, training, recognition programs, capital planning, indirect budgets, labs, facilities, workspace, and new business development.
- Prepares analyses, defines, designs and develops new or improved solutions, and project manages the implementation of new solutions within the business.
- Maintains internal budgets and plans for projects.
- Works across the organization to ensure strategic implementation and efficient, effective business operations.

- Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business.
- Partners with organizations across MITRE to achieve objectives as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years' related experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance
- Proven track record with budgets, operational support, and future planning.
- High-level of business acumen with attention to detail
- The ability to lead others, or collaborate, in an effective and trustworthy way
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage department activities and processes
- This position has an on-site requirement of 5 days a week on-site.

- Ability to troubleshoot business operations challenges to determine the appropriate path to resolution
- Must be capable of dealing confidently and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
