$53,900 - $80,800
This range is for the Maryland area only
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.

KBR is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Badging Specialist to join our team supporting a government client with locations in Washington Metropolitan Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the entire credential processing process, from initial application to final issuance.
- Process and issue badges, to include collecting and verifying data from badge candidates.
- Work with employees, visitors and customers to process their credentials.
- Interact with our employees, visitors and customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing solutions to gather information, answer any questions, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Verify identities by checking documentation and ensuring individuals meet the security clearance requirements
- Must be a clear and effective communicator.
Qualifications
Required:
- Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with willingness to sit for a poly upon request
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Must be a US Citizen
- High School Diploma
- One or more years experience working as a Badging Specialist
- Experience experience working in a high-volume interface environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to document requirements for security procedures.
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with applicable databases, customer service and security badging principles, practices, and procedures
