Administrative Fiscal Analyst

JANUS Research Group is currently seeking an Administrative Fiscal Analyst to support our contract at the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab Experimentation Division (MCWL EXDIV) in Quantico, VA.

The MCWL EXDIV plans, executes, and analyzes the results of concept-based live-force experiments. This work is done to inform the Deputy Commandant for Combat Development & Integration's requirements process and help other organizations advance Marine Corps capabilities.

MCWL EXDIV is focused on driving innovation and improving warfighting capabilities by:

• Testing new ideas and concepts: They conduct real-world experiments to assess the effectiveness of new strategies, technologies, and organizational structures.
• Gathering evidence and data: The experiments provide data to support decisions about future force design and development.
• Recommending improvements: The analysis of experiment results leads to recommendations for refining tactics, techniques, and procedures, as well as optimizing organizational structures and training.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• HS Diploma Graduate - BA/BS Preferred
• 1-5 years of experience
• Active TS/SCI security clearance - Active Secret clearance with customer approval
• Experience with Marine Corps systems such as the Improved Awards Processing System (IAPS), Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS), Defense Travel System (DTS), task management tool, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
• Conduct these activities at MCB Quantico as well as at experimentation sites in the Continental U.S. (CONUS) and outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS).
• Prepare Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs).
• Develop financial estimates and submit recommendations to the Government.
• Ability to and experience with researching, examining, and preparing reports and rosters.

Travel:

• Approximately 15%-20%
