Description

GCI is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Targeter to support technical projects in a targeting capacity. This position will also include taskings to exploit a wide variety of datasets - which are varied both in format and type. The ideal candidate will be experienced and flexible, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Tasks

• Identify key data and document accordingly
• Operate at a senior level with no mentoring in a high pace environment
• Serve as POC for various projects
• Coordinate with non-co-located stakeholders

Required Skills

• Prior experience supporting cyber projects
• Targeting skills
• Proven ability to find multiple datasets of various types and derive insights from combinations
• Experience developing and maintaining stakeholder contacts, and using these relationships to coordinate actions
• Knowledge of a variety of customer tools and databases, with proven use cases
• Knowledge of telecommunications (cellular and computer networks)

Desired Skills

• Foreign language skills: Russian
• Prior cyber targeting experience
• Knowledge of cloud-based hosting, system administration, network protocols, and IP LAN/WAN topologies
• Working knowledge of currently cyber security skillsets
• Computer forensics experience
• Defensive cyber experience
• A motivated, self-starter capable of working with little direct oversight

Education Requirement

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

Experience Requirement

• 8-10 years of experience
