Aspen Consulting Group (ACG) is seeking a full-time Systems/Test Engineer to work with the US Army's C5ISR systems on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. This position will require travel (50% of the time). The ideal candidate will be a skilled and experienced Test Engineer with extensive expertise in test engineering who will contribute to the design, execution, and evaluation of comprehensive testing strategies. This role also involves utilizing cutting-edge tools and technologies, such as MATLAB, Python and other relevant software, to analyze data received from various sensors.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years of relevant Test Engineer experience within the DoD is required (MS degree may be substituted for 3 years of experience as a Test Engineer).
* Experience with DoDI 5000 and the Defense Acquisition System is required.
* Experience with specific analysis tools such as MATLAB and Python is required.
* Experience with CAD and Windchill is required.
* Experience with performing system audits and quality inspections is required.
* Experience working with various sensor platform and electro-mechanical systems is required.
* DAWIA Practitioner Certification in Test and Evaluation Preferred.
* Experience with Radar and EO/IR Simulation: STK, MATLAB Phased Array System Toolbox is preferred.
* Experience with Data visualization, signal processing, and EO/IR and Image Processing is preferred.
* Must be a US citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance.
