Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator role focuses on logistics reporting for direct military repair and overhaul operations. This position is responsible for providing the government with real-time status updates on assets in the repair cycle. It requires strict adherence to property procedures and policies to maintain government-approved business systems in full compliance with government, customer, and contractual requirements, as well as applicable aerospace standards.
The role also supports contract objectives and deliverables outlined in Statements of Work (SOWs) and outcome metrics. In addition, it provides tactical support for property management responsibilities that directly impact the Aero site's business system compliance and its ability to qualify for, execute, and invoice government contracts.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative tasks, including running reports, organizing and analyzing data, and accurately reporting status changes in the Government Web Portal.
- Collaborate with the Site Repair and Overhaul Team to support and contribute to site goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Implement property procedures and policies to maintain compliance with government-approved business systems, ensuring adherence to contractual, customer, and aerospace requirements.
- Monitor and report material flow across multiple systems to ensure alignment with contract deliverables, outcome metrics, and requirements outlined in Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Support property management responsibilities that directly impact business system compliance and the site's ability to qualify for, execute, and invoice government contracts.
- Verify the accuracy and quality of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements.
- Actively support DCMA audits and fulfill internal self-assessment obligations in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements, particularly FAR 45 and 52.245-1.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen.
- High School diploma or equivalent, along with experience in logistics, shipping, order management, or inventory management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, subject to a government background investigation if required.
