We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Technical Support Spe cialist to join our IT support team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and eager to develop their skills to provi de assistance to customers, addressing technical issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of our support services and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, p olitely p roviding timely and effective solutions via phone, email, or chat. Follows quality standards, responds to requests for assistance by providing first line response to enable callers to solve their problems; or by forwarding details to second line support or advising third party suppliers. Maintains accurate log entries of contact with resolution details and follow up information.


  • Process Improvement: Analyze support workflows and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance service quality.


  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.


  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product updates and technical documentation to provide accurate information to customers.
