- Create and/or organize high level integrated master schedules on a daily basis in accordance with the requirements or needs of the necessary stakeholders.
- Track, analyze, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports.
- Ensure accuracy of project schedules and performed version control.
- Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity.
- Monitor projects' progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date.
- Maintain project risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects.
- Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans.
- Perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution.
- Work hand-in-hand with other employees to make sure that all issues that are related to scheduling are properly handled and resolved.
- Rectify and/or reconcile differences and inaccuracies that are received from multiple customers.
- Maintain different reporting systems to make sure that all forms of documentation are accurate and timely.
- Data entry functions including integrating information into required reports.
- Prepare correspondence per standard Government formats; (both classified and unclassified); management and operation of facsimile, printing and copying equipment; and supplies and equipment ordering.
- Assist with writing end of week reports, monthly activity reports, bi-monthly reports.
- Support in the planning, preparation, editing, creation, and publication of finished products, e.g., program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings and other presentations, as required (technical and non-technical; classified and unclassified) in the media and format requested.
- Assist in verifying checklists against current administrative and organizational processes, and assist in maintenance of a tracking system for identification and correction of deficiencies.
- Serve as the initial focal point for collecting and visually displaying materials for staff meetings and office organized information exchange meetings.
- Files management.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience directly related to the above responsibilities
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Good analytical and planning skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Proficiency in the use of project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS project
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Education Requirements:
- Associate's degree required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance. Duties will require unescorted entry and work within classified SAP and SCI facilities.
- Must have 36 months or more of experience in a SAP environment within the last 5 years
