The Strategic Relations Integrator will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with select Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) organizations, primarily within the National Capital Region (NCR). This position will serve as a key liaison, fostering alignment between our organization and strategic government partners. The Strategic Relationship Manager will also contribute to the internal operational efficiency of the organization through the development and implementation of key business processes.

Other Duties Include;
- Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with key personnel within select DoD and IC organizations
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure process alignment and adoption
- Anticipate and respond to the evolving needs and priorities of partner organizations
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner
- Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of formal agreements (e.g., Memoranda of Understanding, Cooperative Research and Development Agreements) with assigned DoD/IC organizations
- Analyze existing organizational business functions and identify areas for improvement and standardization
- Develop and document clear, concise, and effective organizational processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for collaboration and partnership with DoD/IC organizations
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of organizational policies and procedures
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
- 12+ years working with DoD/IC
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with government stakeholders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Clearance requirement:
- Must have a current TS/SCI clearance and be eligible for special program access
