Job Description:
* We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Engineering Administrative Support professional to join our team.
* This onsite role supports engineering operations through efficient document management, project coordination, communication, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management:
* Maintain and organize engineering documents, drawings, specifications, and technical manuals.
* Ensure accuracy, version control, and easy accessibility of documentation.
Project Support:
* Assist in scheduling, tracking progress, and updating stakeholders on key project milestones.
* Help coordinate resources and support engineering team deliverables.
Communication:
* Act as a primary point of contact for the engineering department.
* Facilitate effective communication between teams and respond to internal and external inquiries.
Administrative Tasks:
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Record Keeping:
* Maintain accurate records, including financial and operational data.
* Ensure compliance with data retention policies.
Quality Assurance:
* Support audits and inspections.
* Ensure adherence to established quality procedures and documentation standards.
Procurement:
* Assist with procurement processes and resource allocation for engineering projects.
Office Management:
* Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
* Ensure the smooth daily operation of the engineering office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain well-organized records.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
* Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with software tools such as Microsoft Office and project management applications.
* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry.
* Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying and resolving issues independently or collaboratively.
* Adaptability: Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
