You will be a Proposal Analyst Staff member, supporting the development of proposals for the Multi-Domain Missile Systems (MDMS) program. Our team is responsible for driving business growth and success through effective proposal development and negotiation.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Proposal Analyst, you will compile cost, schedule, and technical elements to develop proposals that meet RFP specifications. You will coordinate with functional departments, research and analyze historical data, and develop cost models to support proposal efforts.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements for proposal development
• Coordinating with functional departments to collect and accumulate data
• Researching and analyzing historical data to develop cost models
• Participating in business strategy meetings and proposal kick-off briefings
• Preparing and presenting Executive Proposal Panels (EPPs) reviews

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
- Experience in Estimating or other Finance related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office products
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Estimating, Pricing, Finance and other Business Operations functions.
- Comprehensive written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to F&BO Leadership.
- Knowledge of Government proposal requirements and contract types.
- Knowledge of 1LMX and ProPricer
- Experience with MFC Estimating Systems (EFS Proposal/Estimate) and development of prime proposals / MFC proposal processes, including: previous fact finding/negotiation experience at the prime contract level; experience with MFC TINA process / requirements and Certification requirements at the prime contract level in an Estimating role.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
