You will be a Systems Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer at Lockheed Martin in Grand Prairie, TX, supporting systems integration and test activities. Our team is responsible for ensuring the successful integration and testing of complex systems, and you will play a key role in developing and executing sub-system and system level integration plans and procedures.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be a Systems Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer at Lockheed Martin in Grand Prairie, TX, supporting systems integration and test activities. Our team is responsible for ensuring the successful integration and testing of complex systems, and you will play a key role in developing and executing sub-system and system level integration plans and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing sub-system and system level integration plans and procedures
• Supporting preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events
• Supporting test readiness preparation and test readiness reviews
• Supporting ground and flight test events as required
• Coordinating test events with other functional organizations
• Teaching others about basic electrical, software, and mechanical engineering skills
• Writing and communicating technical information effectively
• Operating and maintaining test equipment and facilities
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed during test events

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. An Interim Secret Clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 2 years of professional experience or 0 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree, or a combination of related experience and training. Considered experience, but still a learner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
• A good understanding of basic electrical, software, and mechanical engineering skills with the ability to teach others.
• Interim Clearance required to start
Desired Skills:
• Prior experience in data acquisition and analysis for test report generation
• Experience with M270/HIMARS Launchers.
• Be able to understand and match system requirements into test requirements
• Experience with GMLRS/PrSM/ATACMS/MFOM programs
• Knowledge of LINUX and data reduction tools.
• Knowledgeable in Agile processes with the ability to use JIRA for tracking software issues Familiarity Software Peer Reviews and Software Configuration Management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
