Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for a 4G/5G RF Network Planning Engineering Lead to support one of our partners on-site in Miami, FL. The RF Planning Lead will be joining a pioneering satellite communications company that is building the world's first space-based cellular broadband network. This individual will be responsible for designing and optimizing the radio network to ensure global coverage and performance .

Responsibilities for the RF Network Planning Engineering Lead include:
- Lead RF planning and optimization for 4G LTE and 5G NR networks
- Develop frequency plans, beam designs, and propagation models
- Build and maintain a centralized network planning database
- Align with mobile operators on cell readiness and gateway integration
- Support network readiness for operations centers and global deployments
Qualifications for the RF Network Planning Engineering Lead include:
- 7-15 years of experience in 4G/5G RF network planning and optimization
- Proficiency with tools like Atoll, Planet, TEMS, Actix, and QXDM
- Strong understanding of RF design, mobility strategies, and beamforming
- Experience with satellite-to-cellular or NTN RF modeling is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
Compensation for the RF Network Planning Engineering Lead include:
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 *depending on experience*
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
