The Technical Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring reliable and high-performance conference room operations. This role focuses on the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audiovisual (AV) and IT systems essential for secure meetings and briefings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in conference room technology, video conferencing platforms, and IT support within a classified environment.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

The Technical Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring reliable and high-performance conference room operations. This role focuses on the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audiovisual (AV) and IT systems essential for secure meetings and briefings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in conference room technology, video conferencing platforms, and IT support within a classified environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of AV and IT systems in NRO conference rooms.
- Analyze, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues affecting secure conferencing environments.
- Ensure video teleconferencing (VTC) systems comply with security protocols and operational requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to personnel on AV systems, video conferencing tools, and presentation equipment.
- Conduct inspections and upgrades on AV and IT infrastructure to maintain optimal performance and compliance with security protocols.
- Recommend enhancements to streamline technical operations and improve user experience.
- Maintain detailed logs of conference room configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and operational reports.
- Work collaboratively with IT and facilities teams to address technical needs, escalate issues, and implement system upgrades.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required.
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or related field preferred. Additional four years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Hands-on experience with video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex), AV systems, and networking fundamentals.
- Knowledge of VTC systems, AV integration, secure networking principles, and troubleshooting methodologies.

- Compensation: $97,400 - $152,225
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Experience in supporting classified environments within government agencies or DoD facilities.
- Familiarity with NRO operational standards and security requirements.
- Certifications in IT or AV-related fields (e.g., CTS, ITIL, CompTIA Security+).
- Knowledge of automated conference room scheduling and monitoring solutions.
- Experience with Alleo's interactive content collaboration platform.
- Strong ability to assist and train users on conferencing technology.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
