As a Program Analyst, you will play a critical role in the management, analysis, and integration of programs and projects. Your responsibilities will include project management, oversight, and technical support. You will assist in defining program objectives and requirements, directing and coordinating project efforts, and interfacing with senior government technical and administrative personnel as well as other contract personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define program objectives and requirements and provide direction and coordination for all project efforts.
- Interface with senior government and contract personnel, offering technical and administrative support.
- Identify data requirements, gather facts and information, and develop integrated conclusions and insights.
- Implement actions in support of defined agendas and project objectives.
- Provide project, financial, and technical progress reports.
- Prepare Program Management Reviews and Milestone Decision Templates.
- Design and implement program planning timelines, and track program execution, financial execution, and expenditures.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- US Citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain "Secret" security clearance.
- B.A. or B.S. degree in a discipline or technical field related to the work effort.
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Superior analytical, writing, and editing skills.
- Capability to produce senior executive level briefings.
