The Senior Program Management Support will Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

Other Duties Include;
- Define program objectives, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure alignment of program activities with organizational strategic goals
- Lead and motivate cross-functional program teams
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members
- Manage customer expectations and communicate program status effectively
- Develop and manage program budgets
- Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns
- Ensure that program deliverables meet technical requirements and quality standards
- Prepare and present regular program status reports to customers
- Maintain accurate program documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for tracking progress, documenting decisions, and managing knowledge sharing within the team
- Ensure program activities comply with relevant Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and guidelines
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
- 15+ years of Program Management and/or Program Element Monitor experience
- Experience managing complex technical programs from inception to completion
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with government contracting and procurement processes
- Preferred: DAU Program Management Level III certification
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred
Clearance requirement:
- Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI)
